Mediation Services - we offer access to some of the industries more experienced mediators. Our hand selected mediators are chosen because all have chosen for follow our methodology for the overall mediation process and most importantly because our mediators all are accomplished professionals for the vertical industries that we offer mediation services. Our services can be purchased either traditionally on an hourly basis, although most of our verticals we have expected block times based on our experience and time estimates for resolving like and typical disputes. Also, our services can be purchased and excluded leveraging on-line methods for bringing the parties in the dispute together electronically and including the management and viewing of any documentation required to resolve the dispute.
On-Line Dispute Resolution System Design and Consulting - currently our research and design teams are in the early stages of designing a flexible and component based set ODR processes, tools and plug-ins that leverage leading technologies for key IT vendors so our clients can design state of the art ODR systems themselves or license the systems or components themselves. We follow a very flexible methodology which includes the key components of all ODR systems: Video Conferencing, Conference Calls, Collaborative web based meetings and an easy to use processes and systems for document management.
