Dvergence Corporation received its name from its founder’s philosophy. The company was formed by former members of Big4 senior management, with a desire to diverge from the usual consulting model and bring higher than usual value to their clients. The usual consulting model is based on building “clients for life” where the consulting team burrows into the clients organization performing a continuous and unending stream of services. Our founders felt it would be more rewarding to offer a single high value family of services, expertly delivered with quality second to none. Focusing on only one family of services allows Dvergence to offer exceptional value to our clients and assures that when the project ends, Dvergence will not be there attempting to sell another.

Our mission is to provide enterprise based solutions that reduce corporate costs, optimize productivity while enforcing corporate governance. The spirit of the word "divergence" is the basis of why our company was founded, which is to go beyond the normal standard to deliver value.

Methodologies
We have designed our services to assist our clients in three specific areas of IT Asset Management: compliance, controls and utilization. Our delivery methodologies were developed from our vast implementation and governance experience at an enterprise level and were built around the principle of “client centric value”. They employ Six Sigma characteristics to assure the discipline that drives high quality. Our methodologies are structured to minimize the impact on our client’s time and staff. Yet they include all necessary collaboration between our consultants and our clients in order to execute a truly successful project. These unique service offerings employ proven methodologies where our actual results have clearly proven reduced costs and increase performance. We focus solely on the delivery of these few services.
All three of our service areas are headed up by members of our management team who have devoted an average of 12 years delivering professional services into these discipline areas.
