Meet the Management Team

David Puckett, President

David and his partners founded the Dvergence Corporation in 2005. Prior to Dvergence, David was a Senior Manager/Director for KPMG LLP/KPMG Consulting for over 5 years serving as a Practice Manager domestically and internationally for the joint KPMG/Microsoft practice. Prior to KPMG, he successfully built and sold to two technology development and service companies during the previous decade. He has spoken and published articles on various technology industry subjects.

David graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics.




John Martin del Campo, Senior Vice President, Operations

John joined Dvergence Corporation in 2005 and partnered with David Puckett to manage the operations and execution of client engagements. He was previously a Senior Manager with KPMG LLP's Information Risk Management practice. John has 10 years of expertise in IT auditing, project management, sales, business process analysis/redesign, system implementations, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. John is a Certified IT Asset Manager and Certified Information Systems Auditor. Prior to KPMG LLP, John worked for Deloitte & Touché LLP in Los Angeles, CA.

John attended Arizona State University where he received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Information Systems and Finance, with a certification in Qualitative Analysis.



Paul Jenkins, Vice President, Business Development

Paul Jenkins joined Dvergence in 2006. Prior to Dvergence, Paul was a Business Development Manager with KPMG LLP in their Audit and Tax practices. He secured federal, state and international tax and audit projects resulting in revenue of over $18,600,000 from some of the largest firms in the world. Before joining KPMG LLP, Mr. Jenkins founded and built an accounting services firm in Wisconsin, where he advised business and healthcare professionals on accounting and business practices, before selling it to help other companies develop successful marketing programs. In 1996 Paul was recruited by KPMG LLP to bring his experience to their clients in Chicago, Milwaukee and throughout the United States. In his role at Dvergence, Paul leads and manages the sales and marketing efforts for Dvergence as well as the advancement of client relationships.



Shelly Hetrick, Vice President, Global Channel Partners

Shelly was previously a Franchisee Relations Director, with Ideal Image Corporation where see was responsible for managing sales expectation was on target with corporate goals and acted as a primary liaison between the corporation and its franchise location. Shelly is currently responsible for the management and evolution of the Global Channel Partners program and International Franchise programs. Shelly completed course work and degree requirements at Miami University of Ohio and St. Petersburg College. Currently in pursuit of a degree in International Business.



Bob Meehan, Director, Public Services

Bob was previously a Senior Manager with KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint, where he sold and managed large engagements of over $10MM. He worked in BearingPoint’s High Tech division, and its State & Local and International Public Services divisions. He was a member of BearingPoint’s Microsoft and IBM alliances. Before joining BearingPoint, Bob was a leader in the commercial use of the Internet. He helped create a major e-cruiting portal. He was Owner/CEO of a leading supplier of Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) systems to state and local governments across North America.

Bob obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science and Business degrees from St. Charles College and Franklin University, respectively.



Param S. Bhullar, CFO

Param Bhullar has over 30 years of diversified business experience. In 1974, he graduated as a CPA (equivalent) in London, England. He trained and worked with one of the top 5 international accounting firms where he was audit manager, amongst many other clients, for Lloyds Life Insurance Company, London.

Param has held senior executive positions with international banks, whose assets exceeded $90 billion, in both Canada and New York City. He was senior manager of the commercial lending divisions in both regions. He set up, from inception, a factoring and asset based lending division for an international bank. He also set up a Trade Finance division for a finance company in Manhattan, New York.

His personal lending authority was $2 million and he was responsible for a total lending portfolio of over $65 million. Additionally, he headed a "turn around" division within the bank, where 6 CPA's reported directly to him.


Subsequently, he used his "turn around" experience as an independent management consultant representing financial institutions such as Walter Heller Financial, Prudential Bache Trading Corporation, NYC, and other independently owned companies.

He has held the position of CFO and CEO in various industries nationally, including, furniture manufacturing, a national video cassette distribution company, garment distribution and manufacturing, construction and finance. He has been founder and president of factoring and asset based lending companies.
